I am currently a partner at Grant Thornton Cuyás & Soria, although I previously worked as Director of Territorial Legal Advice in the Canary Islands for Banco Bilbao - Banco Bilbao Vizcaya (1977-1995), External Advisor (Service Lease Agreement) with BBVA (1995-2020).
Nowadays I also work as a Lawyer for Hotel Groups, I am in charge of the Legal Management of Creditors Competition and main activity in civil, commercial and corporate matters.
Qualifications
- Law Degree, University of Navarra. (1964-1969)
- Course in Corporate Law at the Centro de Estudios Tributarios in Madrid (1969-1970)
- Admitted to the Bar in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. (1970)
- Admitted to the Madrid Bar (1970-1977)
