I have extensive experience in advising companies in various sectors and individuals in the field of commercial law. My professional career began in the audit team of EY, which allowed me to develop a solid foundation in financial and regulatory analysis. Subsequently, I continued my career in EY Abogados, Garrigues, Tarsus Abogados and as Founding Partner of HTO abogados.
Currently, I am part of the Grant Thornton team, where my focus is on providing strategic legal solutions for our clients in an increasingly demanding and dynamic business environment.
Qualifications
- Law degree from the University of Navarra.
- Master's Degree in Business Law from Instituto de Empresa.
- Member of the Vigo Bar Association since 2000.
- Taught classes on corporate restructuring in the Master's Degree in Business Law at the University of Vigo.
