I have more than 20 years of experience and have developed my professional career in the following companies: Oliver Wyman, Australia (Financial Sector Strategy Department), Alta Partners Boutique Corporate Finance in Barcelona, Deloitte in the Corporate Finance and Audit departments.
I have participated in numerous processes in the Corporate and Finance area such as, Due Diligence (vendor and purchase), Valuations, IBR, etc.
My experience covers different sectors such as: Food, Financial, Automotive, Distribution, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Manufacturing and Retail.
I have advised in sale and purchase process to 3i, MCH, Qualitas, Santander, UBS, National Australian Bank (NAB), Basf, General Motors, AstraZeneca, ABB, etc., among others.
