I have 16 years of experience in debt counseling, restructuring, M&A and telecommunications.
I have advised on transactions in the food, infrastructure, restaurant, healthcare, printing, TMT, funeral services, retail and real state sectors. I was an integral part of the refinancing process of the Auna Group through € 4.500MM syndicated loan, considered as the best financial transaction in 2004 by Euromoney.
Previously, I worked in Cofivendis, Orange and Grupo Auna.
